Additional fees (商品代金以外の必要料金): internet connection charges only.
Payment method and timing (支払方法・時期): Google Play in-app purchase (the Apple App Store as well, once the iOS app is released); charged at confirmation and at each automatic renewal.
Delivery (提供時期): the Pro plan is available immediately after purchase.
Cancellation and refunds (返品・キャンセル): cancel at any time in your store account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by Google (or Apple, for purchases made in the iOS app once released) under their policies, without prejudice to your statutory rights (see Terms of Service, Sections 7 and 8).
Operating environment (動作環境): Android 7.0 or later (64-bit), or a current web browser. An iOS app is not yet available.

We are willing to resolve complaints directly: contact support@sincejar.360framed.com. Consumers in Indonesia may also use the Consumer Dispute Settlement Body (BPSK) under Law No. 8 of 1999. Nothing here limits the consumer rights of your country of residence.
